Are from Fitness First Victoria Road Eccleshill both Summer & Winter, for people who are interested in trying us out ask at the reception.

Winter base and our main HQ

Winter base Wednesdays and Fridays is from Idle Cricket Club Cavendish road off Bradford Road Idle, where there are toilet and shower facilities and there’s even a bar.

Summer base

Summer base is from Rawdon Meadows car park, Apperley Bridge, Bradford on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Additional sessions

From 10:00amOccasional Sundays

We also arrange some Sunday morning runs from Rawdon Meadows car park, Apperley Bridge.The runs are for all abilities and are for as long or short as you like, there will always be someone to run with and the runs are usually aprox 90 mins.

From Horsfall Stadium Tuesday Start 7:OO Track sessions are avalible for all abilities with warm ups and sessions including training over 400m+800m with warm downs led by U.K Athletic qualified coaches.
